Delete your account

Effective date: 30 September 2026

You can delete your account in the StaySpect application or request deletion from this page if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the application

Sign in and open Settings → Delete my account. Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm. Access is blocked immediately and personal-account cleanup normally completes within 30 minutes.

Request deletion on the web

Email the request from the address used for your StaySpect account. We will verify that you control the account before processing it. Do not include a password, login code, identity document, or inspection evidence.

If an email application does not open, send your request to admin@stayspect.com with the subject StaySpect account deletion request.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, personal profile images, generated exports, and organization memberships are deleted. You will lose access to the service.

What is retained

Properties, stays, inspections, original inspection evidence, guest responses, review findings, and audit history are retained for operational continuity and audit. These shared operational records may include names, contact details, images, and identifiers that were entered during an operation. A minimal deletion marker is retained to prevent old credentials from restoring access.
