The StaySpect application is operated by StaySpect. For privacy questions, requests about your personal information, account deletion assistance, or legal enquiries, contact admin@stayspect.com.

Privacy policy

Read the Privacy policy for data categories, service providers, sharing, retention, exports, and account deletion.

Download your information

Sign in to the application and open Settings → Export my data. A private JSON download opens in your browser. Save it to Files or your downloads folder. It includes your account, profile, memberships, personal-media links, and your audit action summaries. Download links last five minutes. Shared operational records and other people's information are excluded.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Delete my account. The confirmation explains which personal records will be removed and which operational records remain. Type DELETE to request permanent deletion. This is account deletion, not temporary deactivation. You are signed out and access is blocked immediately; cleanup continues automatically. Export what you need first. If you cannot access the app, use the web account-deletion page.

Properties, stays, inspections, evidence, review decisions, guest responses, and audit records are retained for operational continuity and audit. Account deletion does not erase identifying information already contained within these shared records. See the Privacy policy for details.

Use inspection records responsibly

Only capture and share material you are authorized to handle. Avoid unnecessary personal information, occupied-room recordings, identity documents, and unrelated belongings. Review source evidence before making a finding, and give other participants an opportunity to raise discrepancies.

AI and evidentiary limits

AI-assisted comparison can suggest possible changes; a person must review the evidence. A finding does not establish who caused damage, determine legal liability, or guarantee that a booking platform, insurer, or court will accept a claim. StaySpect is not a substitute for legal advice, a licensed inspection, or a structural or safety assessment.

About this portal

This portal provides product-use and privacy information. It does not create a separate signed contract or claim compliance certification. Product availability and features may change as the application develops.
